1. Usage

  PU pneumatic extrusion line is mainly used for auto brake oil tube,fuel carrier tube and other thin wall-thickness pneumatic tube with diameter4-18mm

2. configuration:

        This line includes high efficiency Single Screw Extruder, adjustable vacuum Calibration Table, Haul-off Unit, winder.

3. Features:Stable air pressure control and advanced mould design that ensure our PU tube extrusion line high efficent output as well precise product size. Tube thickness is adjustable , the tolerance reaches  0.05mm—0.1mm

4. Applicable raw material:     TPU,TPE,TPR,PVC
